Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs hard (approx. 10 minutes). Stir the yoghurt and crème fraîche until smooth and season with mustard cream, salt, pepper and sugar. Rinse the chives and pat dry. Cut two bunches into rolls and stir into the yogurt cream. Peel and quarter the eggs and season with salt and pepper. Pour yogurt cream over it. Garnish with the remaining chives.
