Eggs – 1 pc.
Almond flour – 2 tablespoon.
Butter – 30 g
Cocoa powder – 2 tablespoon.
Sugar – 1 and 1/2 tablespoon. (you can use brown sugar or sugar substitute in the recipe for a chocolate cake in a mug)
Put the necessary amount of butter in a mug and place it in the microwave for 20-25 seconds (so that it is almost completely melted and heated). Then add the sugar.
Add the cocoa, almond flour, coconut flakes, leavening agent, egg. Mix everything well. Small lumps will remain in the batter. Add a dash of almond flavoring if you want to make your chocolate cake even more flavorful.
Place the mug cake in the microwave (you can divide the batter into 2 portions beforehand) for 60-75 seconds. You can also make whipped cream (optional).
Allow the cooked cake to cool down slightly, then place the whipped cream on top.
