Put the dry ingredients in a bowl and stir. Add liquid ingredients and stir.
Drain the peaches and cut into slices. Pour the batter into a greased pan and press the peach slices into the batter. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
Tips:
If the dough is too thick, add a little milk or water. You can also replace the soy cream and soy milk with 200ml of water. Then the taste will not be so creamy.
I used a springform pan and I always clamp a piece of parchment paper in place in case it might leak (it is always easy to pull out that way!).
