Instructions

  1. Separate the eggs, beat the egg whites with a little salt until they are very stiff. Melt the chocolate and let it cool down a little. Mix the egg yolks with the sugar substitute. Stir in the chocolate and fold in the egg whites.
  2. Bake at 150 degrees for about an hour. The dough rises a lot and collapses after cooling.
  3. Put the cherries in a saucepan with the juice and bring to the boil. Mix some of the juice with the custard powder and add to the cherries. Mix everything well. Spread the cherries on the cooled base.
  4. Place in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
