Instructions

  1. Stir the cornstarch with a little cherry juice until smooth. Put the morello cherries together with the remaining juice, sugar and cinnamon in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Add the cornstarch and bring to the boil again briefly. Let cool down completely.
  2. Break the chocolate into pieces and heat with the cream in a saucepan while stirring until the chocolate has dissolved. Let cool down well.
  3. Mix the mascarpone, quark, yoghurt, vanilla sugar and sugar together. Then fold in the chocolate cream.
  4. Lay out all the ladyfingers in a square shape. First spread the cherry groats and then the chocolate cream mixture on top.
  5. Let the tiramisu soak for at least 3 hours.
  6. Before serving, sprinkle with grated chocolate or dust with sifted cocoa.
