Instructions

  1. Let the oat flakes with milk, cocoa powder and cinnamon sugar soak in a bowl for about 30 - 40 minutes.
  2. Remove the core from the apple and grate coarsely with the skin and immediately drizzle with a little lemon juice.
  3. When the oatmeal is well swollen, mix in the grated apple well. Leave some apple for the topping!
  4. Pour everything into a dessert glass, put the remaining grated apple on top and sprinkle with a few coconut chips.
