Instructions

  1. 1. Whip the cream until stiff and let the packet of cream stabilizer trickle into it.
  2. 2. Fold the mascarpone into the cream. Stir in lemon zest and maple syrup.
  3. 3. Cut a banana in half. Cut one half into small pieces and fold into the cream and mascarpone mixture. Halve the other piece lengthways.
  4. 4. Grate the chocolate or chop it finely with a knife.
  5. 5. Divide the cream between two glasses. Decorate each with a piece of banana, a pause cracker and the chocolate.
