Instructions

  1. Caramelize the sugar in the pan with the butter, add the oat flakes (watch out and stir, otherwise it will burn). Cut the bananas into thin slices. Mix the chocolate cream with cold milk as instructed.
  2. Half fill 6 water glasses (0.2 l) with the chocolate cream, put a few banana slices in each glass, sprinkle some of the oatmeal crunch on top. Fill the glasses with the rest of the chocolate cream, decorate with coconut flakes or a leftover oat flake crunch.
  3. Place in the fridge for about 1 hour.
