Instructions

  1. Mix the milk, eggs, sugar and salt in a bowl. Sieve the flour and add it too. Mash or puree the bananas with a fork and then mix them into the batter. Now chop the chocolate very finely with a knife. If you like it particularly chocolaty, you can take more. But it shouldn`t be more than half a bar, otherwise you won`t taste the other ingredients.
  2. Heat the pan and spread a little oil in it before each pancake. Using a large ladle, pour the batter into the pan and distribute it evenly. Bake until golden over medium heat. When the edges of the dough turn golden yellow, turn the pancake.
  3. Tip: If you like the pancakes particularly thick and fluffy, separate the egg white from the egg yolk, beat it stiffly and carefully lift it under the batter at the end.
  4. The amount is enough for 6 to 7 pieces. Two people can easily get full of it.
  5. The number of calories refers to one pancake at a time.
