Instructions

  1. Bring the oatmeal, milk and water to a simmer in a small saucepan. If you want to use coconut flakes - they give them a special consistency and a great taste - they should be added with approx. 50 ml of water. The consistency of the porridge should be creamy, the oatmeal should still have a little bit of bite. This takes about five minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, mash the banana with a fork. When the porridge is ready, add the banana and stir until the banana and porridge are perfectly mixed and the banana is hot.
  3. Finally mix in the cocoa powder, take the pan off the stove and serve the chocolate and banana porridge.
  4. The porridge contains approx. 250 Kcal per serving.
