Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, peel the beetroot and grate roughly.
  2. Mix butter with sugar until foamy, add eggs and stir until smooth. Add the melted chocolate, beetroot, flour, almonds and vanilla sugar and mix well.
  3. Spread the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 180 degrees in a preheated oven for 30 minutes.
  4. Let cool, cut into squares and dust with powdered sugar.
