Lightly grease an approx. 25 cm large loaf pan. Sieve the flour and cocoa into a bowl. Mix in the salt, dry yeast and sugar. Add water, milk and oil and work into a firm dough.
Knead the dough on a lightly floured work surface until it is smooth (takes about 4 - 5 minutes). Now put the dough in a bowl, cover and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
When its volume has doubled, knead the dough briefly again. Place in the prepared dish and, covered with a kitchen towel, let rise again in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (top / bottom heat) and bake the bread for 25 - 30 minutes. Let cool on a wire rack.
