Put the cake batter in a buttered and flour-dusted dish and bake in the oven at 200 ° C with top / bottom heat for 15 minutes.
For the ice cream, stir all the ingredients together and place in an ice cream maker.
For the orange mirror, put the sugar and a few drops of water in a hot pan and caramelize. When the sugar has melted, deglaze with orange juice and reduce by half.
Next, deglaze with orange liqueur and cook for 5 minutes, remove the butter from the refrigerator and add. Please do not let it boil anymore and just swirl the pan.
