Instructions

  1. First mix the sugar and butter in a bowl as well as possible. Add the flour, baking powder and cocoa powder (the cocoa powder gives the cake its brown color so that it looks like earth). Now add the eggs and milk and mix everything well.
  2. Now grease the flower pot (made of clay, 15 cm diameter, of course well cleaned) and sprinkle with flour. Cover the hole in the flower pot with foil and carefully pour in the dough. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 90 minutes.
  3. The lollys are now decorated as flowers. They are decorated with icing (petals) so that they look like flowers. The gummy bears are placed on the stem as leaves. The little sweets can then be glued on as faces with icing.
  4. When the cake is fully baked and cooled, it should be easy to remove from the pot. (So grease the pot well!) Now the cake gets an edible flower pot made of marzipan. To do this, roll out the marzipan and place it around the cake. In order for the marzipan to hold, the cake must first be smeared with jam. The top edge should be a little thicker so that everything looks like a real flower pot. Finally, plug in the lollypops.
