- Put the butter and sugar in a large bowl and stir until frothy. Add the remaining ingredients and stir in well with a mixer.
- Tip: If you like the cake particularly light, you can separate the eggs and fold in the egg whites (but this is not necessary).
- Pour the batter into a greased springform pan.
