Instructions

  1. Boil the dark chocolate couverture with 50ml cream and the alcohol. Fill evenly into glasses, then chill. Put an amarena cherry in each glass.
  2. Bring the white couverture to the boil with 50ml cream and the orange juice. Carefully pour the white mass onto the cooled dark one and distribute it evenly. Then put it back in the cold.
  3. Finally caramelize the sugar, pour the orange juice over it and let it simmer. Let something cool down. Now distribute on top of the white mass as a pour.
