Grease the 26 springform pan and line with the dough.
Peel and quarter the apples. Mix the quark, sugar, pudding powder, cocoa powder, lemon flavor and eggs. Fold in the raisins. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in at the same time. Spread the curd mixture on the floor and place the apples on top of the curd mixture. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and flaked almonds.
Bake in the preheated oven at 175 ° C for approx. 70-90 minutes. If the cake gets too dark, cover with aluminum foil.
