Start the eggs and egg yolks with a hand blender and stir until frothy. Gradually add all the other ingredients. Carefully season to taste when adding the chilli, otherwise it could quickly become too hot. Keep in mind that it will still sharpen a bit.
If you like it more exclusive, you can scrape out a real vanilla pod instead of vanilla sugar and add the pulp.
Is a bit frothy at first, but settles completely over time.
