Instructions

  1. Remove a few tablespoons of milk and stir in the cocoa, bring the rest of the milk to the boil. Add the mixed cocoa and stir in the sugar. Fill into cups (I always use 200 ml cups), leaving space for one serving of espresso per cup. Add the freshly brewed espresso (or mocha) and stir.
  2. Put cream or milk foam on top, sprinkle some cocoa powder over it for decoration and serve.
