Wonderful soft cookies with cocoa and almond flavor. The dough is uncomplicated, bakes quickly. The glaze is also very simple to prepare – butter, cocoa, sugar, and milk are mixed.
Beat the confectionery fat and sugar with a mixer until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well each time. Add vanilla. Combine the sifted flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt. Stir in the dry ingredients little by little into the oil mixture and stir the dough well until smooth.
Form the dough into balls with a diameter of 3.5-4 cm (40-45 pieces) and place them on a baking sheet. Bake at 175 degrees for 13-16 minutes. Cool the cookies on the wire rack.
Combine butter, icing sugar, cocoa, and almond extract. Add milk (until desired glaze thickness). Pour the icing over the cookies.
