Instructions

  1. Melt chocolate with cinnamon in a double boiler. Beat egg whites and cream separately and place in the refrigerator. Mix the vanilla sugar and egg yolks together until frothy. Stir the chocolate into the egg yolk and sugar mixture and allow to cool. Raise the chocolate mass under the egg whites. Fold in the cream.
  2. Pour the mousse into glasses. Place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
