Instructions

  1. Put the oat flakes, pithy or fine, in a bowl. Add cocoa, honey and cinnamon and pour in enough milk to just cover the flakes. The amount of oat flakes is between 120-140 ml. Mix everything together well. Cover the soaked oatmeal in the refrigerator overnight.
  2. Mix with chopped pear and blueberries before consumption. Of course, a lot of other fruits or berries also fit.
  3. Alternatively, instead of cocoa, you can also use Kaba or Nesquik or the like. use, but then have to reduce something when sweetening or omit the honey entirely.
