Put the flour and baking soda in a bowl and mix. Then it is gradually added to the dough and only stirred until everything has combined well. Now the dark chocolate, chopped well before, is added to the batter.
To shape, you take a large spoon of dough in the palm of your hand and press it flat, because if you put some Nutella in the middle, you take as much or as little as you want. Then you wrap the Nutella with the dough in such a way that it can no longer be seen, and place the ball on a tray with enough space so that they will still diverge. Proceed in this way until the batter is used up.
The biscuits are baked at 180 ° C for approx. 12-14 minutes.
