Instructions

  1. The butter is melted and mixed with the other ingredients in a bowl to form a smooth dough. This now goes into the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  2. Then crepes can be baked from it - either with a special crepe maker or simply in a pan. The recipe is enough (depending on the size) for about 6-12 crêpes, with my relatively small crêpe maker 10 came out.
  3. The crepes can be eaten as they are or dusted with powdered sugar. Fresh fruit or jam also go very well with it. And if you like it particularly chocolaty, you can also coat it with Nutella or something similar.
