Instructions

  1. Line a springform pan (22-24 cm) with baking paper and grease the edge. Melt 225g chocolate with butter in a saucepan over a gentle heat. Beat the sugar and eggs with the hand mixer until very frothy. Mix the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder and slowly fold into the egg mixture. Then fold in the chocolate-butter mixture, then the sour cream and vanilla extract until everything is mixed into a smooth dough. Pour the dough into the springform pan and bake at 175 degrees (preheated!) For 50-60 minutes. Then let the dough cool, remove from the mold and cut horizontally.
  2. For the filling and glaze, first gently heat the cream in a saucepan, then add the chopped dark chocolate and let it melt while stirring. Fill the cake with the mixture and brush.
