Instructions

  1. Boil Ebly with milk and sugar according to the instructions on the packet and let it soak for about 20 minutes.
  2. Melt the chocolate. Divide the Ebly into 2 servings. Mix one half with the chocolate and the other half with the quark and vanilla sugar. Whip the cream until stiff and pull half of each under the light or dark Ebly mixture.
  3. Fill into goblets in layers.
