Instructions

  1. You will also need a kebab skewer and a plastic box.
  2. First the dark chocolate is melted, a plastic container is placed in a small bowl at an angle and the melted chocolate is poured into it. The chocolate must cool down in it and solidify. When the dark chocolate has set, the white chocolate is melted and poured over the dark chocolate. In order for the dark chocolate not to melt, the white chocolate must be properly cooled. Then the milk chocolate is poured over the white chocolate, a kebab skewer is inserted and the chocolate kebab is ready. Now all you have to do is cut open the container and remove the chocolate. You can now cut the solidified chocolate kebab with an apple peeler.
  3. For the crepes, mix together all the ingredients except the flour, then add the flour and prepare the dough. Bake the crepes in a non-stick pan. I baked two crepes from these ingredients, if you want to bake more, you have to double the quantities.
  4. Put a crepe on the serving plate, spray the cream on it and pour a lot of chocolate over the cream, top with various fruits. Top with desiccated coconut or nuts as desired. Close the crepes like an envelope, sprinkle with powdered sugar and decorate with chocolate sauce. You can also use fruit sauce.
  5. Note: Chocolate kebab is the latest trend in Turkish cuisine and is really delicious. I tried to make the chocolate kebab myself and I succeeded very well.
