Melt the butter and chocolate in a saucepan. Whisk the eggs for 4 minutes. Add sugar and stir. Let the melted butter with the chocolate cool down a little and add. Now stir in the almonds and flour.
Brush a baking tray with fat and place the dough on it and smooth it out. Put the tray in the oven and bake the cake for 15 minutes.
Then pour the melted couverture onto the still warm cake and decorate with almond flakes or colorful sugar sprinkles.
Note: The dough does not rise much in the oven, but it is not dry, it is delicious, juicy with chocolate.
