  4. Roll out two layers with a thickness of 2-3 mm. We lubricate the chocolate layer well with water.
  5. We put one layer on top of another, the inner (chocolate) layer can still be moistened with water.
  6. Roll the roll tightly and let it rest for 5 minutes under the film.
  7. At this time, we will deal with the filling. We combine cottage cheese, sugar, vanilla sugar and an egg.
  8. We cut the roll into thin plates.
