Before kneading the dough, remove 2 tablespoon. tablespoons of flour.
We knead the dough. To do this, mix the flour with salt, make a small depression in it and send milk, hot water (50 degrees), vegetable oil and an egg there. We mix. Divide the dough in half. In one half we mix cocoa, and in the second – the remaining flour (2 tablespoons).
The dough turns out to be soft, elastic and very beautiful! Cover with plastic wrap and let the dough sit for about 20 minutes.
Roll out two layers with a thickness of 2-3 mm. We lubricate the chocolate layer well with water.
We put one layer on top of another, the inner (chocolate) layer can still be moistened with water.
Roll the roll tightly and let it rest for 5 minutes under the film.
At this time, we will deal with the filling. We combine cottage cheese, sugar, vanilla sugar and an egg.
We cut the roll into thin plates.
We roll out the blanks and form the dumplings (as usual).
