Instructions

  1. Put 20 g butter in an ovenproof pan or casserole dish. While the oven is heating up to 180 ° C top and bottom heat, let the butter melt in the oven.
  2. Mix 10 g butter with vanilla sugar and eggs with the hand mixer. Puree the banana with the milk and add to the egg mixture along with the quark, flour and cocoa powder and stir.
  3. Pour the batter into the pan or casserole dish on the melted butter and bake in the oven for 45 minutes.
  4. If you don`t like it that juicy, you can leave out the quark.
  5. Homemade fruit puree or vanilla sauce goes well with it, or you can simply dust the chocolate pancake with powdered sugar.
