Instructions

  1. Roll out a puff pastry on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Using a knife, scratch the shape of a fir tree into the dough. Brush the dough with Nutella with a tablespoon.
  2. Place the second puff pastry on top of the puff pastry coated with Nutella and cut into the shape of the Christmas tree along the Nutella. Remove the remaining dough and cut into strips approx. Knife-wide from the center outwards with the knife. Twist the strips twice and brush the entire Christmas tree with a whisked egg.
  3. Bake for 12 minutes at 200 ° C fan oven.
