Instructions

  1. Melt chocolate with butter in a double boiler and allow to cool. Mix with sour cream, vanilla extract and salt.
  2. Finally add the powdered sugar and stir too.
  3. The amount of powdered sugar can be modified depending on the sweetness or consistency. With the specified amount, the frosting will be nice and splash-proof.
  4. Makes frosting for approx. 15 cupcakes with plenty of frosting.
