Instructions

  1. Put the first 6 ingredients on the list in a large bowl with the honey and mix well together until all of the honey is mixed with the cereal flakes.
  2. Heat the oven to 120 degrees Celsius top / bottom heat and place the first cereal load on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake for 40 minutes, turning every ten minutes and chopping up a little so that lumps are not too large. After baking, let it cool down on the tray, then it will get really crispy. Be careful not to get too dark, otherwise it will be bitter!
  3. For the cocoa muesli:
  4. Bring the milk with the peanut butter to the boil so that it mixes well with the milk. Mix the remaining dry ingredients, add the peanut buttermilk and stir well.
  5. When the first muesli is ready, turn the oven up to 150 degrees Celsius and place the chocolate crispy on the baking sheet. Bake the chocolate mixture for 30 minutes, turning and chopping up every 10 minutes.
  6. When both types of muesli have cooled down, mix them together and add the chocolate chips and the chocolate flakes and mix.
  7. Depending on your mood, the muesli can also be refined with dried fruit.
