Instructions

  1. Line the bottom of a springform pan (26 cm) with baking paper, grease and flour the form. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees.
  2. Break the chocolate into small pieces and melt them together with the butter in a double boiler. Add the sugar and stir until melted. Allow to cool slightly. Now beat in one egg after the other and stir until the mixture is nice and creamy. Finally add 3 tablespoons of flour and mix well, do not beat again!
  3. Pour the batter into the pan and bake in the lower half of the oven for 25 minutes. After 25 minutes the cake is nice and velvety, moist and tenderly melting. If you like it a little firmer, just leave the cake in for 10 minutes longer.
