Instructions

  1. Warm up the milk. Chop the dates a little and finely puree them in a powerful mixer with the heated condensed milk. Gradually add small pieces of coconut oil. Then add the cocoa in small portions, mixing constantly. Mix the sauce until it is fine and shiny.
  2. Then the glaze can be used as usual, for. B. for tarts, cakes, fruits, as chocolate fondue, and much more.
  3. Pies and cakes should ideally be glazed and refrigerated at least 12 hours before serving. This will make the glaze thicker.
