Instructions

  1. Beat eggs and sugar until frothy, then add the cocoa. Put the hard fat in a saucepan and let it melt. Now slowly pour the hot fat into the mixture (eggs, sugar, cocoa) and continue to mix. Finally, a shot of rum. Process the slightly cooled chocolate glaze.
  2. The amount is sufficient for a baking tray.
