Instructions

  1. Wash 300 g strawberries, pat dry and clean. Halve 4 strawberries and set aside, quarter the remaining ones.
  2. Remove the waffle bases from 4 chocolate kisses (28 g each). Mix the chocolate foam mass with 1-2 teaspoons of lemon juice and 250 g of low-fat quark. Season to taste with lemon juice and honey. Fold the quartered strawberries into the cream.
  3. Arrange the quark cream in dessert bowls and decorate with waffle bases and strawberry halves.
