Wash the strawberries, pat dry and clean. Halve 4 strawberries and set aside, quarter the remaining. Remove waffle bases from chocolate kisses. Mix the chocolate foam mass with lemon juice and low-fat quark, season with honey. Fold the quartered strawberries into the cream. Fill quark cream in dessert bowls and decorate with waffle bases and strawberry halves.
