Instructions

  1. Grind the shortbread biscuits. I do this in a blender, but you can also put the biscuits in a freezer bag and crumble them with a rolling pin. Melt the butter carefully in the microwave and add to the cookie crumbs. Spread the biscuit mixture evenly over 6 dessert glasses, press down well and refrigerate.
  2. Put the quark in a large mixing bowl and mix in the vanilla sugar. Then separate the waffles from the foam kisses, these will not be processed. Mash the foam mixture in the quark with a fork so that the chocolate breaks into small pieces, and fold in. Beat the cream and fold in carefully as well. Spread the mixture on the biscuit bases, decorate with fruit and refrigerate for 1 - 2 hours.
