Beat the quark until smooth, stir in the whipped cream. Marinate the banana slices in lemon juice and add. Dissolve the gelatine soaked in cold water with a little water and stir in quickly. Then use a wooden spoon to fold the crushed, bottomless chocolate kisses into the cream.
For a cake, pour the mixture into an aluminum ring and let it set.
