Mix the first part of the ingredients (margarine to milk) one after the other in a bowl with the hand mixer.
In another bowl, sieve and mix the remaining ingredients (flour to baking soda).
Then gradually stir the dry ingredients into the liquid mass with a spoon until a rather tough dough results. Evenly distribute the batter into the muffin tins, it can go almost to the edge of the paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for 20 minutes.
