Instructions

  1. Separate the oreo cookies from the white filling and place the cookies in a freezer bag. Set the biscuit filling aside. Crush the biscuits in the bag very small and crumbly.
  2. Leave the butter out in the microwave. Mix the biscuit crumbs with the butter and distribute evenly in a glass bowl (lasagne dish) as a base. Put the bowl in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  3. For the white crème, whip 400 ml of heavy cream with cream stiffener until stiff, fold in 2 packs of vanilla sugar, 3 tablespoons of cream cheese and the oreo cookie filling. The cream cheese makes the mixture a little firmer.
  4. Spread half of this cream on the bottom of the biscuit and put the mold in the fridge for a few minutes.
  5. For the chocolate cream, the paradise or gourmet cream is prepared according to the package instructions, but with less milk. Because this cream can also be a little firmer. Spread the dark cream over the cream layer. Put the mold back in the refrigerator for a few minutes.
  6. Now spread the second layer of cream on the chocolate cream. Finally, put the chocolate sauce and chocolate shavings on the top layer until it is completely covered.
  7. Tip: Put in the fridge again for 30 minutes before eating or, preferably, overnight.
