Instructions

  1. Mix the flour with baking powder, baking soda, salt and chocolate sprinkles well. In a second bowl, beat the margarine and sugar until frothy and add the eggs, buttermilk, chopped marzipan and creme fraiche. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ones and mix in briefly. Fill the dough into muffin molds and bake at 180 degrees for about 20-25 minutes.
