Instructions

  1. Melt the mint tablets in the whipped cream, except for 4 pieces to decorate. Bring the mixture to the boil briefly. Put the chocolate cream in the fridge overnight, then whip until stiff.
  2. Roughly crumble the meringues and fold in with the thawed raspberries. Divide everything into 4 glasses and decorate with the mint tablets.
