Carefully heat the chocolate in a water bath. Beat the milk and egg yolks over the water bath until frothy. Beat egg whites until stiff. Mix the heated chocolate with the yolk milk mass, grated orange peel and rum. Carefully fold in the egg whites and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Cut the strawberries into slices and marinate with orange liqueur. Line the plate with the strawberries. Fillet the oranges, arrange in the middle. Shape the chocolate mousse into dumplings and serve on the oranges.
