This simple recipe can be used to make a delicious chocolate cake. You do not need a huge amount of ingredients and they are sure to be found in any kitchen.
Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla until a white foam appears.
Add kefir and beat all over again.
Add sifted flour, cocoa, and baking powder.
Stir until smooth and pour the dough into a greased baking dish. Grease the bottom and sides of the mold with oil and sprinkle with flour or semolina.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 30-40 minutes. Check readiness with a wooden skewer. Allow the finished chocolate cake to cool slightly in the mold, then carefully remove and transfer to a plate.
Decorate the cake with icing sugar or any favorite icing if you wish.
