Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (top / bottom heat). Roughly chop the chocolate and melt it with the butter over a ribbon of water. Then add the sugar and stir with a tablespoon. Let the melted butter with the chocolate cool down. Then add the eggs one by one, stir well and then add the yoghurt and stir again.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, soda, and salt. Then add the chocolate mixture. Mix with a wooden spoon to form a smooth dough (not for long).
  3. Line a metal muffin tin with paper liners. Distribute the batter evenly in the molds and bake the muffins for about 18-22 minutes. Use a wooden toothpick to see if muffins are ready. When no more dough sticks to them, they are baked through. Cool on a wire rack.
  4. The muffins taste better the next day.
