Put all ingredients in the blender, water only as needed so that the mixture can be mixed better. (I need 150 ml for my mixer.) Mix for a long time, then it will be particularly creamy.
Pour into a screw-top jar and store in the refrigerator.
Couldn`t test how long it will last as it was always empty after a few days.
Makes about 530 g of cream. You need about 30 g for one bread. One serving has 134 Kcal.
