Instructions

  1. Sift flour and baking powder into a mixing bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and process everything with the hand mixer (dough hook) first on the lowest, then on the highest level to a smooth dough. Put the sticky dough in cling film to cool for about 30 minutes. Roll out the dough thinly, cut out stars, place on baking sheets lined with baking paper.
  2. Top / bottom heat: approx. 200 ° C (preheated)
  3. Hot air: about 180 ° C (preheated)
  4. Gas: level 3 - 4 (preheated)
  5. Baking time: about 8 minutes
  6. Place the stars on a kitchen rack with the baking paper and let them cool.
