Instructions

  1. Mix the softened butter with the sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt well. Add the egg and stir until it has a bound mass.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients, i.e. flour, baking powder, both types of oat flakes and the chocolate sprinkles, and stir into the butter mixture.
  3. Shape the dough into balls the size of a small chestnut and place them on the baking tray lined with baking paper.
