Instructions
- Mix the softened butter with the sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt well. Add the egg and stir until it has a bound mass.
- Mix the dry ingredients, i.e. flour, baking powder, both types of oat flakes and the chocolate sprinkles, and stir into the butter mixture.
- Shape the dough into balls the size of a small chestnut and place them on the baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Bake at 160 ° C (fan oven) for about 12 to 15 minutes, until they are lightly browned and a little soft.
